Love and adulation from fellow alumni, respect from millions, worldwide fame, unlimited expense accounts, and vacation packages to some of the world's most exclusive and exotic destinations are just some of the perks of serving on the reunion committee. Of course, with so many sought after benefits, obtaining membership in the exclusive club that is the Great Bridge High School Class of 1995 Reunion Committee is a tough gig to get.
Without a doubt, none of the preceding paragraph contains an ounce of truth. Well, someone might buy you a beer at the reunion and give you a heartfelt "thank you" but that'll probably be about it as far as it goes when it comes to tangible perks.
Who exactly is behind the 20 year reunion? Some of the same people who helped with the 10 year (and who bailed on a 15 year). If you feel something needs addressing, we're certainly open to feedback. Afterall, the whole idea of all of this is to do the best job possible. Your friendly reunion committee is made up of people just like you. We're parents, we're working, we haven't exactly done the best possible job staying in touch with other alumni, we have tons of free time (okay - so that one isn't true - for you or for us) and we've strolled the halls of GBHS what seems like a lifetime ago.
