Please note that Family Day is for GBHS Class of 1995 and their families. It is FREE for you and whomever you bring with you! If you wish to attend the picnic and not the reception, purchasing a ticket is not necessary (tickets are necessary for the reception only). Family Day is a "potluck" type event and attendees are asked only to contribute a dish to share. Also note that you are more than welcome (and encouraged) to attend both.
If possible, please sign up sooner rather than later; it is much easier to prepare if we have an accurate head count.

What? 20 year re... You know what it is.
When? Sunday, Memorial day weekend 2015 (May 24th), 7-11pm.
Where? The Yacht Club at Marina Shores (2100 Marina Shores Drive, Virginia Beach, Virginia 23451).
Why? Because it's been 20 frickin' years. It's good to catch up!
Dress for Sunday night? There is no formal 'dress code'. Well, no tuxes. That's it. Our recommendation is to look good and have fun the night of. Our best guess is that people will probably be somewhat dressed up (cocktail attire?) but we'll all just have to show up to see what the dress code really is.
We're planning some fun things for the night of. One of which is inviting teachers and administrators from back in the day (they'll be at least 5 there - likely more). Head on over to our Facebook page and add your favorite teacher to the list of teachers you'd like to see invited. Please continue to check back here for additional details.
Ticket sales have been extended to Friday, May 22nd. Now that the lion's share of ticket sales are in, the caterer has given permission to update final numbers 48 hours before the event. We have no indication that additional sales will be allowed at the door. In fact, we've been told the opposite. Please take advantage of the extended deadline! We hope you can make it.
Here's the not so fun part. It turns out that throwing a party for a couple of hundred people in the Hampton Roads area has gotten expensive. There's no way around it.
The listed ticket prices are as lean as we can get them. Rest assured that we are being as responsible as possible. Everyone attending is paying full price (including those planning the reunion). This website was donated. We're not paying third parties to organize the festivities. We'll even post a breakdown of the costs once it's all said and done (accounting for every penny).
$70/person. What does it get you? Access to Saturday's and Sunday's events. Saturday is not catered. Sunday night is fully catered (but does not include alcohol). That's the gist of it.
Finally, you'll notice in the drop down menu below that there is an option to purchase one ticket or two tickets. In addition, you can also purchase each of the preceding "with donation". For details on what this is all about, please see the Gift page.
Please note that all donations will remain anonymous. Our hope is to raise $500 and obtain as high a participation rate as possible. However, it is certainly not mandatory.
For those worried about entering their credit card on this website, please note that the entire transaction is being handled by PayPal and that only PayPal handles and sees your financial details. It is like any other PayPal transaction. The transaction will appear on your statement as "PayPal *GREATBRIDGE".
